Happy Fall!

It is that time of year when the leaves are changing, the sun is rising later and setting earlier, and our school year is running on all cylinders. It is also that time when illness can happen and when students start to miss school.

Attendance is critical to your child’s success in school now and in the future. Missing two days each month can result in significant loss of learning time and can develop a habit that is hard to break as your child moves from elementary to middle to high school. We understand, illness and other events happen. If  our child is ill, please use your best judgement. A fever or vomiting are good  reasons to stay home and rest. Please help us by communicating with the school.

It is our goal to have less than 40 students absent and less than 25 students tardy each day. So far we have had many days when we reach this goal! With your help, we can make it happen every day!
